Booking your holiday home from CC-Villas is:

Reliable as we know all the houses, in some houses we have stayed ourselves; we know the owners (some of them are close friends) very well; in any case one of us will always be available for you.

From this page (Conditions of Contract) you have access to the Online Booking Format under No. 15

We kindly ask you to send us all information asked for – your data will be sent to us confidentially in SSL-code and thus cannot be read or manipulated during transfer (SSL, secure web connection, the definition: http://info.ssl.com/ssl_kb/article.aspx?id=10068).

You can check all your inputs in a trailer, go back eventually to correct them, print/file the format for yourself and just then send us the binding booking.

Your booking will be transmitted to us, with the inserted email address you will get confirmation of transmission.

Upon receipt of your booking format we will immediately deal with your booking and – under the assumption the house/ apartment is still available – send you by e-mail our booking confirmation/ invoice together with the Security Voucher, which protects your payment.

We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance
in case of withdrawal from contract.

2. Make the Down Payment

2.1
With the conclusion of the contract (arrival of the booking confirmation) and with the security voucher in client’s hands a down payment becomes due; unless stated differently in the booking confirmation this down payment amounts to 30% of the total price and has to be accredited to CC-Villas bank account within 2 days by credit card payment. The down payment will be set off against the total price.
2.2
For the down payment and the evidence it has been made the following applies:
The down payment has to be made by credit card (Visa or Master).
You submit us (SSL encrypted) your credit card data within 2 days after arrival of our e-mail with the booking confirmation/invoice. We will then immediately debit your account accordingly and will inform (e-mail) you about the successful debiting of your credit card.
You will be given the path for the relevant form for credit card payments with our booking confirmation/invoice. Please keep in mind the leader of the party (the one who has booked) must always be the credit card holder.
2.3
In case there are less than 66 days between the arrival of the email with the booking confirmation at yours and the beginning of the rental period, payment of the total price has to be made according to tick 3. without prior down payment. The regulations for the evidence of payments made (see tick 2.2) are applied accordingly.

3. Pay the Balance

The balance has to be credited to CC-Villas' bank account latest 66 days before beginning of the rental period.
- In case of credit card payments we will debit your account once the payment is due.
Payment of balance per credit card is only possible against your cost share of 2 % (out of the remaining sum).

4. You receive the itinerary for your holiday home

Once we have received full payment / debited your credit card with the balance you will receive the itinerary and the (property) voucher via email.
