The splendid property in reality clearly goes beyond the description and photos on the website. The house, arranged in typical local style and with much care in detail fulfils all wishes. For two adults just ideal, for four adults somewhat crowded, better then for two adults and two children.
Mrs Biasci who will welcome you does not speak a word of English or German. This however does not pose a problem after some days once having become familiar with one another; in the end we were able to communicate well.
A point of criticism is the TV set. Its image is (given the age of the tube TV) not nice any more.
Your recommendations as for free time and gastronomy can be confirmed.

Back from Tuscany we would like to thank you very much once more.
We spent a wonderful week (also with regard to weather) and have been fully satisfied with this splendid holiday house. The garden is just a dream, the internal furniture with all its lovely details is charming and the owners are nice and gentle and helpful. (No doubt we have been to Luigi’s butcher shop regularly) In fact a place for relaxation in any aspect. (Only a few lively dogs at night were able to disturb my husband’s sleep)
Moreover we had only positive experiences with the zone and its people and have immediately declared Montecarlo our favourite place.
Big appraisal also for your travel agency! Your personal and very profound assistance and above all the very well developed homepage with all its hints around the holiday house chosen had created a lot of pleasant anticipation already during the planning phase.
