Who are we – how do we work – what do we offer

Dear owner of  holiday home,

We are a German agency for the mediation of carefully selected  and exclusive holiday houses and apartments in Italy, mainly in Tuscany, in particular in the province of Lucca.

We preferably work on the basis of request and reservation.
We look after our clients in an individual and well targeted manner.
We have seen and inspected personally each and every  holiday home we offer which enables us to give best personal advice to our customers.
Through this direct contact with our clients we can also offer the owners of holiday homes valuable information about  trends on the market or about clients’ feed back after their holidays.
In this way we have achieved a high percentage of clients who book again; we interpret this as  a sign of successful work and will continue in this effort.
At any time we seek closest contact with the landlords and stand ready for any kind of advice they might wish.
We are interested in a long term co-operation, not the least following the idea that our work-intensive presentation of your property should in the end be fruitful for us as well.

Our website intentionally comprises additional information like about the much liked Tuscany cuisine, golf courses in the region, anecdotes and blogs with impressions from Italy, photos and descriptions of other places of interest as a kind of appetizer for touring the region.

We advertise through internet as well as through German print media and successfully co-operate with a press consultant.
Our site in German language attracts mostly clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland; the English version, of course, is generating clients from other parts of the world as well.

Last but not least it is important to know that we are active members of the VDFA (Verband Deutscher Ferienhaus Agenturen/ Association of German Holiday home Agencies). This association closely monitors that its members work is in full compliance with the law – a fact which contributes to immediately establish a faithful relation for the client as well as for the landlord.
