How to get there: Take motorway direction Livorno, exit Pisa Centro, direction Camp Darby, turn right direction Tirrenia, drive alongside US depot, in Tirrenia turn left following sign for Tirrenia golf course (same as Grand Hotel Golf) |

A very well kept golf course amidst centuries- old trees with comforting shade, just a few hundred meters from the sea.
Nothing spectacular, just a relatively long and “honest” course. Fairways and greens well kept, almost all greens placed in corners surrounded by the high trees. |

Administration is kept lean but very gentle and helpful.
All in all a 9 hole course we can really recommend, particularly so on hot summer days. Easy to combine with a trip to the beach, excellent beach facilities just a few hundred meters away.
As a side remark: Tirrenia lies in immediate neighbourhood of Cosmopolitan, in fact both use (from different sides) the same driving range |
