Have yourself seduced, enjoy in all aspects the enchantingly created atmosphere of this little country property which looks like a theatre stage.
Individuality is the main theme, nothing is stereotype in any way. Finesse and the unspoiled in its simplicity form an entity full of fantasy.

In the habitable garden with its many almost private sitting corners and niches you may sit in the natural shadow of the trees, next to sparkling fountains or enjoy at the small lake full of water lilies the relaxing and cooling effect of water.

Detached from the buildings the pool lies somewhat above the property amidst a vineyard, comfortably equipped as well, breathing the same fine atmosphere.

The apartments, the first four of them renovated in 2000, the last ones finished in 2006, also create the same kind of inspiration; although very individual each of them they all follow the same basic style. Rich antiques are nicely mixed with tasteful accessories, combining elegance with comfort and “Gemütlichkeit”. The centre piece of the property is the Café; here you may take your breakfast or enjoy your dinner being served upon request.

Cooking will take place with you being spectators, absolutely freely you may follow the dinner preparations without fearing to create any kind of stress. A large variety of food is offered: On Saturday there will always be a little snack, a kind of welcome for those who have just arrived.
Twice a week a masseuse will be present offering different kinds of wellness programmes. Vine tasting from the own cellar. Cooking lessons can be arranged with the competent cook; tasteful typical dishes of the region from a long list; à propos: the vegetable and eggs come from a nearby farm and will be made use of absolutely fresh. As an alternative you may enjoy being spoiled by a very cosy dinner with live music served in your own apartment.

All that you will have at walking distance from the old Arezzo city centre just 1000 m off the city walls. And in a special ambiente with artist touch the owners have created (and transformed into practical terms) coming from a film and theatre background. The holiday apartments have been built in the former working quarters of the farm, built around the year 1800. There is still an ongoing vine production and, in a separate building, seminars are held. The adjacent old villa with its wide park and water- areas shares a part of the baroque garden with you, separated by a hedge leaving accesses.
