This is one of the two country houses of the estate. It’s composed by two independent apartments that can be also rented together opening the communicating sound proof door. Le Vigne is composed by Vigna Bassa and Vigna Alta, when the entire cottage is rented all together for two families or a group of friends.

Delightful high-living apartment on the ground and first floor, with two big private terraces. Main entrance is into a hallway and a large arch on the right opens into a spacious living room with modern fireplace and TV-Sat. Next to the living room another open arch leads to the kitchen-dining room that can comfortably sit 6-8 people.The bedrooms, (two master bedrooms and one twin bedded room) are ample spaces and decorated in shades of peach and green. The matrimonial bedroom has an en-suite complete marble bathroom with shower. Another WC/shower and a wc/tub are at guests disposal.

On the first floor, that can be used independently as a separated apartment, ideal for a young couple, there is the other double bed bedroom and beside it you find a wonderful bathroom equipped with a hydro massage bathtub. In the lovely sitting room there is a small kitche-corne and the possibility to use the sofabed to accommodate two extra people. A terrace also on the first floor offers great view of the Tuscan landscape.

This romantic apartment is set on the ground floor of the Villa and it's delicately decorated in white tones.

You find a spacious dining-room with a well equipped kitchen, a big double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a nice sitting room where a sofa-bed should comfortably accommodate a kid.

This exclusive apartment is part of the main Villa and it develops on 3 floors. The entrance is into a drawing room with a beautiful modern fireplace.

A few steps ahead and there is the liveable functional kitchen and a large Italian marble bathroom with double shower.

A stone staircase leads on the first floor where the sleeping section consists of a double bedroom, 1 little bathroom and a single bedroom with French size bed. From the loggia, on the same floor, you can enjoy an enchanting panorama. If you want to have an even better view of the surrounding vineyards just go up a few more steps and from the 2 balconies (28 sqm) you will be captivated by the beauty of the surrounding nature: you are in the highest and more private place of the estate!

Intimate apartment located on the first floor of the villa (with independent access). The light blu colour marks out the atmosphere and the antiques go together with modern furniture. At the entrancy you have a big open space with living room and a kitchen that can comfortably sit up to 5 persons. On the right it's a romantic double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. A wooden caise stair pick you up on the attic where you find a single bed and a relaxing corner.

Elegant apartment on the first floor of the main Villa. It takes its name by the beautiful double stair of the entrance.


La Scala is composed by a spacious sitting room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathroom (one is with shower). On the gallery a single bed can accommodate the fifth person.
