La Casa Pera - photo gallery - rates

Once the kids’ school of the borough; initially it was a family house and is a very typical Tuscan building. A particularly beautiful view from the upper floor apartments. From here you also have a view on the old barb floor where the wheat was threshed and down into the valley.
The fourth apartment can be found on the top floor and has a marvelous pitched roof, with exposed beams and trusses: it exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, and comes with two practical bathrooms.

La Casa del Guardia

The old ranger's house lies next to the property’s wine cellar. The apartments here are characterized by rustic elements, completely in harmony with today’s zeitgeist.
The gamekeeper, although not living in this building any more, has maintained his old position for the maintenance of the ecologic equilibrium in the wine growing area of today. There are two apartements.

La Casa di Dario - photo gallery
This is the oldest construction of the estate dominating with its imposing posture the whole valley that leads towards Radda in Chianti. Here we can still see the prominent characteristics of an old watch-tower, still visible in old defiant walls.

This now is a truly exceptional and particular construction characterized by a small stone built tower and now housing a completely independent holiday house on different levels,
surrounded by an huge grass field.

The house consists of a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two romantic double bedrooms and a bathroom. But the most attractive thing is the medieval tower, which dominates the area and which hosts two single rooms and a bathroom. The 2 tower rooms are connected by a spiral staircase and are open. The outdoor space is equipped with table, chairs and parasol. This house is specially suited for the bigger family.
