This former farm house is located on an anticline between Monsummano Terme and Serravalle – it is, in fact, a most beautiful holiday home.
Built in strategic position in the 18th century this villa has been completely renovated and restored over the last years (2005) and at the same time adjusted to today’s level of comfort.
Already the approach coming up from Monsummano Terme on a very bended but excellent road is exciting. Once arrived on top you will enjoy a most beautiful panoramic view over great distances.
The villa itself with its cleverly divided rooms offers a lot of space, tasteful and comfortable bath-rooms (Jacuzzi),
finest furniture, very well selected décor in all aspects, billiard room. All investments have been made with finest taste and love in detail. The different levels, always divided by a few steps or staircases, underline the very individual living atmosphere. The outside is of particular charm as well. The large entrée through an electrical gate leading to your private parking is impressive. On the wide property on the level of the entry to the villa and in a kind of beautiful garden there is a large pergola with chairs, an outdoor barbecue, just next to a huge fig-tree. A few steps down lies the very elegant pool with its own changing room and toilet/shower; the pool water flows over an edge thus offering a splendid free view down into the valley.
The very wide property covers three levels and is completely fenced.
On the neighbouring area, completely separated by a fence, lies the absolutely autonomous house of the owner with its own pool. The owner is a enthusiastic collector of antiques, and Signora Anna is a talented paintress. Both of them will offer you best advice should you wish so.

Just next to your place the renowned Monsummano Spa with the famous Giusti grotto and Montecatini Terme with its famous Tetuccio thermae. The well known golf course of Montecatini is very close, another five 18hole courses not too distant.
