Romantic Tuscany Villa Casa delle Fate - a house like from a fairy tale with cosy corners, hidden behind large rose bushes -. a truly romantic place that shows the visitor its particular charme at first sight.
The owners, mother and daughter, work with antiques, clearly visible with the way they develop and keep their property.
The entire property is very romantic, the Tuscany farmhouse and the villa where the mother is living secludedly with her house keeper.
Both buildings are not far from each other, the access however is clearly separated and the garden as well as the outdoor area as such are located on different levels and sides, which in the end means that everybody has its own privacy.
Fantastic not just the panorama location in this hilly part of Tuscany, attractive also the close distance to Arezzo with its pittoresque old city centre - just 3 km away.Above the house there is the pool in exclusive use for the guests; it is also easy to get there from the upper level bedrooms over a small corridor. Another pergola offers shade for your dining "al fresco" even in hottest summer. Another level above the pool offers an area with playing facilities for kids.
Most probably your preferred place will be the beautiful terrace with wicker chairs, as from there you will also enjoy the wide view - surrounded by countryside idyll over different levels with steps and staircases.
All in all Casa delle Fate is a place full of atmosphere, in part somewhat ingenious, in other words a house that gives way to beautiful dreams.
Downstairs there is another double bedroom with bath/shower room with direct exit to the lower garden and a very wide area with kitchen, dining and living rooms.
Upstairs 2 double rooms with 1 bath/shower room. One room with two wide windows (a view on the underlying valley cultivated with vineyards) has a private exit to the garden near the pool. The other room (a window with the same view) has its exit to the pool by a passage.

Arezzo is still today one of the charming old Tuscan cities, with elegant shops at its medieval city centre. Well prepared for tourism, nevertheless it is the Arretini who shape the atmosphere of the city; they proudly sit in front of the bars or under the famous Vasari arcades having their café or aperitivo.
Arezzo is the city of goldsmiths and antique deals; every first weekend of the month the probably biggest antique market in Tuscany takes place on the Piazza Grande and the famous arcasdes. Dealers and clients come from everywhere. So why make a long trip if you could rent your holiday villa so close to the event.
Maybe you should also consider to visit the pitoresque old village of Anghiari not far from Arezzo.
