More than impressive and absolutely unique is the large pool area: the scenery is set by a natural tuffo-wall from where a small water-cascade falls into the pool, thus standing out optically the grotto with its hidden round pool and its slightly moving water. Added to the pool area there is a round hydro-massage pool with rounded benches to sit on and the big water jet. A small and very handsome property with lots of flowers and a very well kept garden is waiting for you, the owners are friendly, open-minded and forthcoming.
Each holiday apartment/house has its own private garden area and even a covered parking lot will be reserved for you under your apartment’s name. Particularly idyllic is the inner courtyard, the “piazzetta”, offering a cosy atmosphere with its tables and chairs. At the pool you will also find sun lounges, tables and chairs under the large pergola. A barbecue in panoramic location is planned for this year.
What has been finished just recently, actually the first days of the year 2008, is the “cantina”: an impressive arched cellar, entrance at ground level, but because of its location on the slope of the terrain also on the level of the pool.

A huge glass window gives way to a beautiful view on the turquoise water once the pool is activated.
The strong vaults of the cantina with its many pillars create a unique and intimate atmosphere, the elegant furniture most probably will just be topped by the quality of Siena cuisine recipes you will be served.

Main private entrance is from the hamlet courtyard up a few steps through glass panelled doors into the living dining room with fireplace. A door on the opposite side of the living room opens onto the rear of the barn onto a pathway leading to the pool. A door in the dining area opens into the fully fitted kitchen (red fridge in tonality with the decorations and leis motif of the house). To the left of the fireplace is a short flight of stairs that culminates on a landing. A door to the right on the landing opens into a service WC. A second door on the landing opens onto a short hallway with doors to the twin bedded room, to the spacious complete bathroom with two washbasins and both bathtub and shower stall, and to the double bedroom with a glass panelled door that opens onto the barn’s private garden space.
