Tuscany Casa
situated between Montecatini and Pistoia in panoramic location; this spacious and truly charming property offers room for up to 19 persons.
Lately renovated old farmhouse with its estate buildings has become a very comfortable holiday home responding to high expectations – a Tuscany Casa in the best sense of the word.
You will find the original old structures almost unchanged, robust tables, old Tuscan furniture, handmade by craftsmen or from family heritage.
Tuscany Casa - one of the Suites
The spaciousness of the living rooms and the kitchen is unusual, the same goes for the bedrooms/suites, almost all of which with its own anteroom or separate living (see house description).
Absolutely exceptional the large professional kitchen – from here you reach directly the terrace roofed by a pergola.
The basement truly is a surprise; you will walk down through a brick covered arch illuminated as if by torches and get to the cellar vault. The wine cellar looks like an old prison, housing century old wines. Rather profane in comparison the modern washhouse next to it.
Above the terrace there is the pool, equipped with hydro massage zones.
On the property you may jog through private woods (course of 1.8 km) and meadows or just have a walk.
The property consists of the masion the casa and two single houses which originally were used for living and stable at the same time. The large courtyard is the central external section.

Tuscany Casa is provided with the latest technical equipment, central control of the heating system/air conditioning and the independent audio system with music of different genres.
Solar collectors provide a significant part of the energy needed.
An absolute unique part is the vegetable garden, arranged like a typical Italian garden – here you may get your freshly harvested daily vegetables, just what the bio-dynamic growing offers at the time.
Signora Loli, the charming house lady, speaks English, French and German and will assist you in a very gentle way.

Typical for this part of Tuscany are the huge tree nurseries that cover the entire plane. At the idyllically located old town of Pescia the plants and flowers are handled and exported to all over the world.
Pistoia itself is renowned for its beautiful roman-gothic dome; Dante has described in his Divine Comedy the fate of the thief of the silver treasure keeping him at suspense on hell-fire for his misdoing.
Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo, visit of his house of birth and, not to forget, visit of the Monti Guidi castle, exposition of Leonardo da Vinci’s engines and mechanisms and models.
Monsummano Terme, small historically interesting village with the well known Grotta Giusti, today a spa, renowned for its wellness treatments.
The Padule di Fucecchio – 1800 are of wetland and swamp in Tuscany, the largest in Italy; to be discovered by bike tours or guided walking-tours.
Golf - 2 wounderfull golf courses are really round the corner > Montecatini Golf Course and the Pavoniere Golf Course.
