This truly charming little Villa is situated in the Florentine hills above Montelupo with an almost perfect 360° panoramic view, just some 20 km from Florence.
Originally the stables of an old farmhouse this property has been created with the exquisite taste and fantasy of its owners – truly a masterpiece with regard to the use of space. From the outside the building might appear somewhat neutral at first sight, with its interior, however, it fully develops its warmth and convincing charm. Surrounded by olive trees, cypresses and flowers it lies on the property of the owners, who, of course, will not disturb you, but will support you in any aspect should you wish so.
The guests enjoy a separate access through a beautiful old gate with remote control.

Both houses are some 80 m distant one from the other which means there will no interference be at all.
The touch of perfection to the Villa Florence is offered by the truly exceptional pool with Roman stairs and integrated whirl-pool; its position will allow you to enjoy the splendid panorama while in the pool.
The charming colours of the house’s interior are harmonically chosen and composed, the overall impression is of elegant country style. Nicely decorated angles and niches, comfortable furniture in a successful mix of old and new create a cosy and elegant ambiance.
High and open the access to the dining area with its charming and very practical kitchen section. On the first floor a large gallery type living room with open fire place, SatTV and comfortable sitting area.
The bedrooms and their bath-rooms are on different levels, one at ground floor, the other one below with own exit to a small terrace; the little “space miracle” really profits from its location on a slope.
A sleeping couch in the living on the gallery can be very easily used for additional 2 persons.
Outside you will find a spacious terrace with sun-cover, also in splendid panoramic location, where one could have breakfast or truly romantic dinners.
At your arrival you will enjoy a welcome offer with fresh fruit of the season, a bottle of red wine and olive oil, both from local production, and a typical kind of pasta. The owner will offer you weekly a culinary surprise which will allow you to know better the special local “Cuisine.”
