We have for offer a truly exclusive, just recently and much tastefully renovated apartment, right in the heart of the old city centre. A few steps and you are at Piazza San Michele, the forum at old Roman times.
High above the roofs of Lucca, amidst everything and yet detached from the city’s busy life, you may reside at fourth floor in an elegant, extremely bright and airy apartment like on the bridge of a ship.
With best taste the owners have developed a flight of rooms, offering space and light from windows on three sides, separate areas, just amazingly and surprising with all its details.
Very elegantly and comfortably furnished, again with an eye for the little things, charming little balcony with best view over Lucca. Entrance to a small corridor opening to the kitchen section and then the living-/dining area. Through a door you get into the studio and from there into the bath-room and the truly elegant bedroom. The bath-room has a window from where you can see the Torre delle Ore (the clock tower) like in a framed picture. The bath-room mirror has an inbuilt window offering a view over the roofs of Lucca. The bedroom with its impressive draping of curtains has an elegant wardrobe niche and allows a spectacular view over on the roofs of the city and on church towers and cupolas as well as to the chains of the surrounding mountains. All in all an absolute jewel – the most charming holiday apartment we know in Lucca.
Climb the stairs up to your little refuge; you will encounter a jewel  with best view over the roofs of Lucca and the hills of the Garfagnana and the Pisan Mountains.
Food shops just a few steps away, deliver at your holiday home - which is particularly convenient as there is no elevator in this old "Palazzo".

Parking in Lucca: An underground garage can be reached in ten minutes foot-walk. Other pay-parking areas  are closer, just a few minutes foot-walk away; up to now parking in these areas was cost free over night (20.00-08.00).
The city centre is almost completely car free; only residents may drive and park. In Lucca itself you will easily reach every place by foot. Bikes can be rented, reasonable prices for who rents for an entire week, also this option just around the corner.
