This very charming Tuscany Cottage, which will meet high expectations with regard to comfort, is situated amidst the charming hills around Lucca close to the village of San Leonardo in Treponzio in a private villa area.
Restored and first offered in 2003, has now reached also in the garden‚ full blossom’ and perfection.
The swimming pool, exclusively used by the guests, is situated in the centre of the private property.
The airy and covered terrace is the ideal place for reading or eating.
The elegant and valuable furniture and equipment of the Tuscany Cottage mirrors the exquisite taste of the owners: literally everything has been lovingly restored down to the finest detail; everything has been thought of.
From the living room two doors open out onto the garden; the house is bright and very friendly and, at the same time, has been furnished and equipped in a very elegant and also practical manner.
The property is completely fenced with evergreens.
A small country road passes at the Northern side of the property (it is also from where you enter the area). This Northern side has been planted with olive trees; in the Southern part we have the swimming pool with its breath taking panoramic view.
The pool is treated according to the most modern technologies, which means that salt, instead of chloride is used for cleaning and filtering.
In addition the house is equipped with an easy to handle alarm system.
For your everyday shopping you will need to drive only a minute. Lucca, with all kinds of markets and shops is only about 10 minutes away.
