Florence Villa

This splendid Florence villa is situated on a hill close to the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, property of an old Tuscan family, placed amidst vineyards and olive groves belonging to the landlord as well.
It has just recently been rennovated. The comfortable furniture is completed with antiques of old familiy property.
There is a large terrace in front of the villa, partly covered and equipped with table and chairs .

Sun and shade change with the play of leaves, in summer most certainly the covered part of the terrace will be the preferred area to stay.
The Florenz villa presents itself with wide and bright space. The living room with its large fire place and the two elegant sitting groups and the connected billiard room very much stand for the spaciousness of this Florenz villa, high arcs serve as a kind of division.
A hall gives access to the upper floor, once again with much space and brightness, a comfortable and elegant sitting group in front of the fire place and the wide open dining area next to it are more than enchanting.
