Villa Pardini

This truly charming Tuscany House lies in the hills around Lucca not too far from the beaches.
Delicate frescoes and well selected flowers show the flair of lightness and simplicity. Built in the 19th century the villa has been lately restored, finished 2007, and has been furnished according the style of its origin, adding the comfort of today. Romantic the Italian garden, laid out in the same style, surrounded and protected by an old stone wall.

A well situated and respected citizen of Lucca once had the villa being built for his mistress, a talented artist. With best feeling for elegance and aesthetics this young lady has given the inner walls a unique note with her frescoes.

Undoubtedly the couple will have spent marvellous hours in this house. Fate, however, is a moody companion: Once her sponsor had died she was thrown out of the house by his family. The Tuscany House has not been used since then until it was bought by the actual owners who succeeded in revitalising the charm of earlier times for you.

Elegant and fanciful the furniture, all that in nice contrast to the geometrically shaped Italian garden that borders with a piece of lawn inviting for sun baths.

On the opposite side a white little bench surrounded by roses. Cosy the covered terrace inviting for romantic hours.

The whole private garden area of some 200 m² is surrounded by a centuries old stone wall. Below the villa is the owner’s large olive grove.
Over a few steps you will get into the nice hall, on your left the large dining kitchen with its beautiful old fireplace table-high amidst the working area.
On the opposite side there is the living room with exit to the terrace. Some steps below the store room with washing machine including a dryer.

Half way up there is the first bath-room, all in marble.
At the first floor there is a very bright corridor, again with charming frescoes of Southern Italy landscapes. From this corridor you will get into the four bed rooms on , the other bath-room being a few steps above. The surroundings invite for walks.

Lucca is distant 8 km, shops, restaurant/pizzeria at 3km.
All around the villa there are olive groves; other houses can be seen at a comfortable distance. With its charming garden the villa is a true refuge where one could certainly relax and enjoy life.
The Tuscany House close to the med is situated in a quiet area with a beautiful view on olive groves and forests.
At a distance you will see the church of San Macario, peace and quietness characterise the property. Small dirt roads along the house lead to two little hamlets.

The Pool will have the dimensions of 16 x 7 m. On the 7 m side there will be a kind of "beach effect" with an extension of 1,1m where the water will be profound only 20-25 cm; thereafter there will be 3 steps (30x30 cm) to descend  to a depth of 116 cm for 7 m. The remaining 7 m will be deep water (cone bottom with max depth of 2.5 m). Modern salt water pool.
Great sunny position with large relax zone around the pool. The pool will be at 50m distance of the house.
