These charming new castle rooms are situated between the watch tower and the castle court to where the common exit leads.

From these apartments one also enjoys the beautiful view on the Tuscia panorama.
The division of sleeping, living and eating area has been very nicely done.

All the bathrooms have shower and hairdryer.

The small kitchen section with the sink is well equipped for small meals and snacks.

The kitchenette is equipment with: Plates, glasses and flatware for 2 (3) persons, plus a small refrigerator, micro wave, toaster and electric water kettle.

All apartments are equipped with nice and of course very well functioning open fire places.

This part of the Castle is not ideal for small children.

Caciaia is a large and specifically well and tastefully furnished "single room apartment" with big kitchenette and much space.
A sofa can sleep a third person.

Collinella Collinella is a nice room in "empire style"; and has a particular romantic touch.
The kitchenette has been cleverly built inside a wardrobe.
With the open fire place there are two comfortable armchairs.

A lovely stone and terracotta fireplace is between a window and a glass door which opens onto a delightful, furnished terrace that is private to this apartment.
The terrace offers spectacular views over Proceno, the surrounding countryside and the Castle.
In front of the open fire place is the small eating area.
The staircase leading to this apartment is very steep.
