Villa Arezzo offers up to 22 persons an individual experience with family or friends.
It is, however, also ideally suited for a working holiday with staff and collaborators.

As the villa lies on a slope the different areas are connected by steps and small staircases.
A staircase gives access to the elegant bedrooms of the villa, leading onto two different sections.
The first one has a view over to Arezzo, the other one has an exit to the tennis court area.
Two small balconies connected with one bedroom respectively add another aspect to your privacy.

The two apartments are at ground level and have a separate entry. With their kitchenettes they are completely independent; a sleeping couch for two people in each of them.
Next to the tennis area there are changing rooms, showers and WC, furthermore an arbour and a barbecue. Under the pool there is the fitness studio with its equipment. |

Arezzo is still today one of the charming old Tuscan cities, with elegant shops at its medieval city centre. Well prepared for tourism, nevertheless it is the Arretini who shape the atmosphere of the city; they proudly sit in front of the bars or under the famous Vasari arcades having their café or aperitivo.
Arezzo is the city of goldsmiths and antique dealers; every first weekend of the month the probably biggest antique market in Tuscany takes place on the Piazza Grande and the famous arcades. Dealers and clients come from everywhere. So why make a long trip if you could rent your holiday villa so close to the event.
